Shipping policy

Please note that the time it takes for us to process orders is separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Processing time is the time our team needs to get your order ready; this includes reviewing orders, printing shipping labels, packaging products, and handing over shipments to our carrier. Once the carrier receives your order, they are responsible for the shipping time which is anywhere from 1 - 5 business days, depending on the size of your order. 

General Sale Processing Times- 

Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days. 

USA Shipping Rates and Estimates - 

All USA orders ship USPS. Orders will either ship USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your package.

Canada Shipping Rates and Estimates - 

Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order and the destination points of the package and prices are automatically generated by the carrier, not Tread Athletics. The customer will be charged any applicable customs duties, fees, or taxes at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government.
