Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, add your items to your cart, and proceed through our secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipping.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability varies by destination. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays occasionally occur and are outside of our control. If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Contact our customer support team (merch@treadathletics.com) with your order number, and we’ll provide return instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to inventory availability.

Are sale items returnable?

Unless otherwise noted, clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a size guide to help you find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Will my apparel shrink?

Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label. Minor shrinkage may occur depending on the fabric and washing method.

Are your products true to size?

Most products fit true to size. If a style has a unique fit, that information will be included in the product description.

What materials are your products made from?

Material details are listed on each product page and may vary by item.

How should I care for my apparel?

We recommend washing garments inside out with cold water, using mild detergent, and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry for the best longevity.

Colors look different on my screen. Why?

Display settings can vary between devices, so actual product colors may differ slightly from what you see online.
