What are your shipping options?
All orders ship USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on what you choose at check out.
USPS Priority Mail - Estimated Delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
USPS Ground Advantage - Estimated to deliver in 2 to 5 business days.
How do I track my order?
After completing the check out process, you will be given a URL to the order status page. Here, you can check the status of your order and view shipping updates.
When will I receive my order?
Our current processing time to 5 to 7 business days. Orders will ship from our facility within that timeframe. Once USPS receives your order, it will take an additional 2 to 5 business days.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, send a detailed message to merch@treadathletics.com.
- If you wish to edit your order, provide what changes you'd like to make.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please provide the reason for cancellation. (Order cannot be cancelled if we've already shipped the items)
