Frequently Asked Questions

All orders ship USPS. Orders will ship USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your package. 

After completing the check out process, you'll be given a URL to the order status page. You can check the status of your order from this page. Once we've fulfilled your order and it has shipped, you will recieve an email with the tracking number. 

Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days. Orders will ship from our facility within that timeframe. Once the carrier receives the order, it will take an additional 2 to 5 business days. 

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, send a detailed message to merch@treadathletics.com. 

• If you wish to edit an order, provide what changes you'd like to make in the email.
• If you wish to cancel an order, please provide the reason for the cancellation. 

We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or canceled. We will access your request and get back to you as soon as possible!
